Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is a 3D paper art light box?▼
It's a decorative box made from multiple layers of precision-cut paper that creates a three-dimensional scene of your favourite anime character. When lit from behind with the built-in LED light, the layers create beautiful depth and shadows.
Can I order any anime character?▼
Yes! We can create a custom light box of virtually any anime or manga character. Simply send us a reference image through our contact form, and our artisans will bring it to life in paper art.
How long does it take to receive my order?▼
Since each box is handcrafted, production typically takes 5-10 business days. Shipping within the EU takes an additional 3-7 business days. We'll send you a tracking number once your order ships.
What is your return policy?▼
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your light box, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Is shipping really free?▼
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €45 within the EU. For orders under €45, a small shipping fee applies. International shipping outside the EU is available at checkout.
What power source does the light box use?▼
Each light box comes with a USB-powered LED light strip. You can plug it into any USB port, power bank, or USB wall adapter. The warm LED light creates a beautiful ambient glow.
